It is my goal, as your full service realtor, specializing in the Monroe County, Randolph County, and St. Clair County area, to provide you with superior service at all times.
I now have 3 Century 21 Advantage office locations in Columbia, Snilthton, and Dupo. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.
I have called Monroe County "home" for a little over 28 years. My husband and I own a number of businesses in the community and enjoy being involved with the various parades and community events. An important (and enjoyable!) part of my career is networking throughout the community.
My husband Mark and I have 2 sons, Steven & Eric. Steven, a graduate of McKendree University, is married to Naureen Frierdich and lives here in Columbia. Eric is attending McKendree University, where he plans to major in Physical education and is a member of the varsity soccer team. We spend most of our recreational time at the Lake of the Ozarks, where we fish and boat frequently, or at Eric's soccer games.

I am an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a NCS (New Construction Specialits). I am also part owner of Century 21 Advantage (Columbia, Dupo, and Smithton offices). I keep abreast of current market trends and technological advances through events such as Star Power Conferences as well as a number of other seminars and events. I have also been a member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois' Grievance Committee in the past.
